AI Workflow - Allianz

Allianz needed existing drone footage of Twickenham Stadium transformed entirely, a ski ring around the roof with skiers and the pitch buried in snow, to announce their Winter Olympics partnership with Team GB. Visually ambitious, tight social budget, two days on the clock, traditional CGI or a live-action shoot simply weren't viable within the timeline.

I built the piece combining AI image and video generation, transforming the stadium environment and producing convincing skier footage to composite into the original drone shot, reviewing and correcting every generated element before it reached the final cut.

Brand accuracy needed particular care since AI tools distort logos and typography, so rather than trust the AI with Allianz's identity, I motion tracked the logo manually in After Effects to keep it exactly on brand throughout. Delivered in two days at a fraction of the cost of a traditional production.
