The Relationship:

A continuous embedded creative partnership since 2017, spanning hundreds of campaign assets across multiple international markets and every major format from paid social to large-format DOOH. Built on eight years of consistent quality and creative trust — including being brought in to remake work from Disney's photoshoot agency when it didn't meet their standards. Campaign creative contributed to over £600k in reported single-day sales.

How the System Works

Every campaign begins with a single master After Effects file at 16x9. From there I cascade out every aspect ratio — 9x16, 1x1, web banners — then duplicate and convert for each language market. Alongside the animated deliverables I produce layered Photoshop asset packs, handed over to Disney's UK and North American design teams so they can extend the campaign consistently across their own channels.

Black Friday & Cyber Monday

A complete multi-format asset suite across three campaign phases, Coming Soon, Launch Day and ongoing promotion, localised into German, Italian, French and Spanish.

Approximately 80 to 90 animated assets delivered for a single campaign period, plus a master Photoshop pack distributed to Disney's internal design teams.

Campaigns reported to have driven over £600k in single-day sales.

Toy Tuesday

Disney's annual toy sale promotion across five markets. 18 assets per market, 90 in total, each adapted for the relevant region while maintaining the same visual energy throughout. High-volume delivery built on the same master asset system, executed cleanly and on brand across every market.
