The Brief:
Disney's internal creative teams across EMEA and North America needed a trusted embedded partner who could deliver premium campaign content at pace across multiple formats, markets and campaign stages simultaneously without compromising brand standards. Briefs ranged from fully formed directions to minimal starting points where I was expected to develop the visual approach independently.
My Role:
Worked directly with Disney's Creative Director and marketing teams across eight years, involved at briefing stage through to final delivery. Built complete multi-format asset suites across three campaign phases, developed scalable localisation systems across five languages and produced master Photoshop asset packs distributed to Disney's design teams in the UK and North America. Regularly brought in to re-edit or remake product videos from Disney's photoshoot agency when the output didn't meet their standards, a direct reflection of the trust placed in my creative judgement.
